"I wanted to take a few moments to leave some positive feedback for the wonderful rep whose been in contact with me from State Farm. A few years ago I reached out for my annual insurance shop around and I got in touch with Lauren at the Shelbyville office. From that day up until now she has been nothing short of excellent. Now granted, I want to state I have yet to switch my current insurance. The pricing hasn't quite lined up enough for me to switch given I've been with current holder for over a decade. But every 6 months or so Lauren reaches out per our previous conversation. Its clockwork, she's incredibly knowledgeable, very well spoken, and just an around insurance guru. When my pricing (which I'm sure it will) finally catches up and becomes to expensive for me to stay with my current holder you bet your bippy I'm switching. Everyone's quick to leave bad reviews, but I strongly felt she needed some good feedback. She's an all around pleasure to speak with and the golden cherry on top, she speaks English. I shouldn't even have to worry about that living in the US but here we are. Long story longer, if your due for some new insurance, or just curious as to what sort of rates they can provide just give her a ring. I get nothing for sending referrals other than the thought that I can help another wonderful American feed her family at night, but do be sure to tell her I sent im her way."
